Are you an accommodation owner or manager looking for reliable, trustworthy and professional management services to relieve your time for a short, extended period or full time? Everyone needs a break to attend professional seminars, meetings, dealing with family crisis or even just taking time to recharge the batteries.

I am capable of providing the following (but not limited to) relief services:
  • Maintain properties on channel managers & online travel agencies
  • Taking payments and allocating funds
  • Dealing with reservations on the phone, email and through third parties
  • Ordering of supplies and services including linen ordering
  • Running quarterly property managers meetings
  • Helping cleaners in an emergency
  • General accounting (accounts payable/receivable) management
  • Relief Management in an emergency and annual leave relief
  • Property inspections
I can tailor my services to any form of accommodation from a single bed and breakfast through to multi-residence properties within the Margaret River region and surrounding area (Cape to Cape). I will run your business with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail as you do yourself.

About Me

I have a vast amount of office experience during my career as a personal assistant working in various shopping centre management teams working with accounts payable and receiveable, reconciliations, dealing with contractors, managing budgets to dealing with repairs and maintenance.

I moved to the South West of Western Australia and took on the role of personal assistant to a managing director who had various short term holiday lets in the region. Since then, I have set up my business and have various clients who own motels, hotels, bed and breakfast or self-catering units - all within the Margaret River Region.

I do annual leave relief for some whilst others I work there one day a week or weekends to give them some time off. My knowledge and all round experience is vast and I pride myself in having a "can do" attitude.

Whatever the clients requirements are, I can cater my services for them.

I am a mature lady who generally works alone however my husband can be available for some jobs, he is a qualified bricklayer and runs his own carpet cleaning business and while working as a Maintenance Manager for a resort in Yallingup.


Alison is currently working part-time as Relief Manager at the Heritage Trail Lodge. She is very competent with the Little Hotelier system and has a great manner with guests.
